Great Weekend :D + Blessing upon Blessing :D
I had a GREAT weekend!
I had drama practice all Saturday where i got to hang out with all my co-op friends. Then after that was over i go to pop by Mrs Donna's house and she showed me how to use a pattern in sewing and what clothes in the 1950's looked like (thats the time frame out play from drama is set in). Then on my way home i called my grandma and she actually was around back then. So i got to hear her explain to me what types of things they wore back then. It was actually kind of funny because my grandma said they wore alot of pink back in that time and that she in fact still has a pink suit from back then, and of course with her being my grandma it was still perfectly clean XD yupp shes awesome like that XD lol
But yeah today was a little less exciting but it was still really cool because i got to feel like one of them interns from one of those huge ministries were they fetch the ministers water or give them a towel or hold there mic or something. The lady who teaches (or actually conducts is a better word) our teen church class, is awesome. We really love her cause every month or so she comes to the back (where the class rooms are) and does teen church with us which we love. She is also the associate pastor or something like that so every once and a while she preaches. So today she was preaching and i got to be her mini assistant to hold the mic for her while she was praying for everybody. :D It was really cool being able to help with something and also to be able to know some of the history of those people and hear some of the things she was speaking over/to them and to know that she was right on with there lives and situations! Not to mention i had like the best seat in the house (okay so we were actually standing but still ;P) I could feel the presence of God just radiating off of her, it was totally awesome!! :D
but yeah then we wen shopping and other stuff and it kinda went downhill from there .but over all i have had a great day :)
not to mention a greaaat weekend!
yeah so i was originally intending on posting a song but ya got this instead XD sooo yeah...lol
well im gonna go eat the the choco mousse with fruit that dad brought in yesterday..
Oh yeah nother mega blessing, last night we fount out that dad brought this huge tin pan full of fruit (and another one full of ham sandwiches. cook dinner :done!)! i have no idea where he got it from (i think imma go ask if it was from work cause since hes a director he does that sometimes from meeting leftovers) but one way or another in our house fruit is a treat. So to have that much we were soo happy. I made a huge batch of smoothies(a treat round here since where are whenever we get strawberries they get eaten up by minis b4 we can make them) and were mega happy!
