He is SO AWESOME!

God is SO amazing and worthy of all our praise!

Sometimes we get so caught up in what we don't have, or what prayer God "didn't answer" that we forget all the wonderful thing He as done and is doing. We have to learn that sometimes we need to look at the situation with a different set of glasses, the set that says "Wow look what God is already doing! Thank You for all that Your doing!", or "What seems impossible for me is not a problem for God! Thank you for working on my behalf" or "Look what God had already done! Thank you so much for all that you have done!"
Alot of the time our unhappiness is self inflicted; we put ourselves in boxes. Meanwhile looking at other peoples short comings and the boxes others are putting themselves in. Watching them thinking to ourselves how foolish they are, when we ourselves are doing the very same things.
The worst part of all of this is that in the end we look at God and say "why haven't you fixed our situation?!?". When in reality we put ourselves there; God is patient enough to let us wallow in our own muck long enough for us to learn our lessons. God is so Gracious and Awesome in that He loves us despite all of our crazy determination to stay in the muck and blame the situation on Him. God loves us so much that He longs for control of our hearts; our filthy, ragged, jacked up hearts. He wants to takes us, loves us, teaches us, and guide us, like the best father in the entire world, only better. Our Daddy God loves us and cares for us so much and has done so much for us that we can not even fathom it all. So the next time you say "Awesome!" don't the word lightly think of  the awe inspiring wonder of God!
